water treatment plant...

a few things i learned yesterday from the plant is that the water is cleaned, several times and has a lot of testing done to it.
i was not aware of the fact that the water was cleaned like it was, it goes through so many steps and process' to be cleaned. it has a lot of time spent on the water in each step. the most intersessting part would be when we saw the water "sluch" was being scrapped off. we got to see something happen rather to him just talking.

i had never recycled before, that was the 1st time, i would like to do it again but its so far from my house and eveything we do. i liked seeing how much people had recycle but there was so much junk liying around that they had missed and not bothered to pick it up, kinda frustrating.

the day after tomorrow

I chose to ask questions instead of making obs, hopfully these can be answered you or you can give me somewhere to find the answers.

1) Can the human population really survive something like this if it was to hit?
2) Would all the animals and plants die or would they be able to re-grow like they do each spring?
3) How could something like this happen?
4) If something like this were to happen, how would the climate be impacted?
5)What would be different if we could survive to see the world after?

answers: surviving another ice age would be tricky but i think we could do it. we have advancements we didn't have back when the 1st one hit.
i think one thing that would be different after the ice age, if you survived, would be the way we view life, how we value things and much different we would do things. i now for a fact, i would tell everyone how much they meant to me, it would be a really nice thing to see them and know their there.

1)Climate change could happen if there is to much fresh water in the oceans or if the ice caps start to melt.
2)No one really knows what will happen if this does occur, we wont really know until it hits
3) an ice age would not really effect a drought, you wouldn't have to worry about them, that for sure.
